Sandy Brewster | Chief Financial Officer

Sandy is College Spark’s CFO.  As CFO, she acts as a strategic partner to the CEO, playing a key role in developing, monitoring, and evaluating budget and investment strategies and managing and executing on all aspects related to finance, compliance, accounting, and IT.

Before and Beyond College Spark

Sandy joined College Spark as Chief Financial Officer in February 2025. She brings over 35 years of experience in finance and accounting, spanning local sectors such as affordable housing, biotech research, healthcare, and law, as well as global work in health equity and access. Before joining College Spark, she served as Controller/Director of Accounting at The Max Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to accelerating health equity in lower middle-income countries.

A devoted sports fan, Sandy follows all Seattle professional teams and University of Montana athletics. She also enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her two daughters, son-in-law, and twin granddaughters—a UW Husky and a Western Oregon Wolf.
