Before and Beyond College Spark:

Rachel joined College Spark in September 2011. During the previous ten years she helped kids reach their academic goals through direct service and fundraising for programs offering mentoring, tutoring, intensive advising, and other supports.  She is a graduate of the Evans School of Public Affairs at the University of Washington. Rachel has two school-age kids who enjoy going to school, exploring, and  growing up in Edmonds.
