About the Role
The CFO is a critical partner to our CEO and the heart of CSW’s financial, operational, and compliance efforts. This role goes beyond traditional finance responsibilities—it’s about driving impact through strategic budgeting, working with our investment advisor for greater mission-aligned investing decisions, and fostering organizational alignment. Here’s what makes this opportunity unique:
- Strategic Leadership: The CFO works closely with the CEO to evaluate and execute budget and investment strategies, ensuring that our resources align with and amplify our mission.
- Operational Excellence: Overseeing finance, compliance, accounting, and IT, the CFO plays a key role in keeping CSW running smoothly and efficiently.
- Human Resources Collaboration: As a partner in HR matters, the CFO oversees payroll and benefits administration while supporting a workplace where employees can do their best work.
- Team Management: Leading with care and accountability, the CFO supervises our Office Manager, who manages bookkeeping, IT support, and logistical coordination with our Board of Trustees.
