This intervention report describes the Check & Connect program and summarizes the findings of the available research that meets the What Works Clearinghouse’s threshold for inclusion.  The reviewers conclude there is evidence to support Check & Connect having a positive effect on staying in school and potentially positive effects on progressing in school.  No evidence that met quality-thresholds found any impact on students’ likelihood of completing school.
